第1回独日食肉加工品コンテスト
「メイド イン ジャパン」ソーセージが「メイド イン ジャーマニー」マイスターの本場ソーセージに際会
史上初の独日ソーセージ ハム品質コンテスト東京で２０１１年４月に開催
日独交流１５０周年を祝賀してドイツ食肉協会（DFV）が「第一回独日ソーセージハム品質コンテスト」を４月６日から８日にかけて東京で開催する。
二日間に亘り９００種類以上のソーセージとハムが日本人職人により作られドイツ人食肉マイスター審査員により試食判定される。
全て個々の製品は任意抽出により次の基準で判定される：外部の製造準備、外見、色と構成、固さ、香りと味。
最後に個々の優秀作品に賞が授与されまた優秀な品質のものを作った職人も表彰される。
特に素晴らしい傑作にはドイツで最高レベルの食肉マイスターでありドイツ食肉協会会長の マンフレッド リッケンから直々に表彰される。
この品質コンテストは史上初めての試みであり日本食肉工業見本市開催期間内にその専門業界人の面前で公に催される。このイベントによりドイツ食肉協会は日本の食肉加工品の種類と品質を、またドイツと日本の食肉マイスター職務上の連帯を例証することを意図している。
独日ソーセージハム品質コンテストはドイツ大使館の後援により、また日本農林水産省の後ろ盾のもとに開催される。
Sausages "made in Japan" meet master butchers "made in Germany"
First ever German-Japanese Quality Competition for Sausage and Ham takes place in Tokyo, April 2011
To celebrate 150 years of Japanese-German friendship, the German Butcher's Association (ドイツ食肉協会) has organized the "1st German-Japanese Quality Competition for Sausage and Ham" which will be held from April 6th to April 8th 2011 in Tokyo. During two days, over 900 different types of sausages and ham made by Japanese producers will be sampled and appraised by a jury of experienced German master butchers.
Each individual product will be tested anonymously based on a proven testing scheme on the following criteria: External preparation, appearance, colour and composition, consistency, odour and taste. At the end, prizes will be awarded to each individual product as well as to the producers of extraordinary quality. Special prizes for outstanding achievements will be awarded personally by the president of the German Butcher's Association, Manfred Rycken, the highest ranking German master butcher.
This quality competition, the first of its kind, will be held publicly in front of an expert audience during the Japan Meat Industry Fair. With this event, the German Butcher's Association intends to illustrate the variety and quality of Japanese meat products as well as the collegial solidarity between German and Japanese master butchers. The German-Japanese Quality Competition for Sausage and Ham is held under the patronage of the German Embassy and with the backing of the Japanese Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries.
